Terrific Trees

This week we have been discussing trees, the different parts of trees and what they need to survive. We learned to identify the roots, trunk, branches and leaves. We walked about to find and observe different types of trees and observe what makes each tree unique. We've made drawings of tress and labeled the parts. We have even made 3D models of trees. Here are some pictures of our work.

    I have a new house and a new garden. My favourite trees,that I have planted are flowering trees (yes trees that have flowers)!.
    My trees are a magnolia (it smells delious..like perfuemd sweets), a leopard tree (from South America) which gives a great deal of shade and a Tabebuia (it has bunches of pink bell shaped flowers)
